Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-13 | Visibility re-checked on 2026-10-13 with the five canonical Santiago queries, read once for every clinic of the Santiago list; AI Overviews, local results and the first page of web results all counted. The clinic appears in 0 of the five. The query for an emergency dentist was read at night, when most clinics are closed, and its earlier reading is kept for this clinic. |
| 2026-10-02 | Read the clinic's Google listing on 2026-10-02 in 2 review orders (13 distinct reviews, dated 2025-04-18 to 2026-09-17; 5.0 from 19): suspicious review patterns false. |
| 2026-10-02 | Read the clinic's website HTML on 2026-10-02: structured data: present. |
| 2026-09-30 | Searched Facebook for the clinic by its name with the dentist's name and the city, by the dentist's name with the country and by its phone number; none of the searches found a page of the clinic, and its website links none. Recorded absence from Facebook. |
| 2026-09-29 | Checked TripAdvisor's own search and the clinic's website for a TripAdvisor profile: none found on either channel. |
| 2026-09-29 | Corrected 2026-09-29: review count 19 (was 18) from the Google listing on 2026-09-26. |
| 2026-09-17 | Search visibility checked on 2026-09-17 for the five standard patient searches: the clinic's lead dentist was named for "best dentist Santiago"; not present for "English speaking dentist Santiago", "dental implants Santiago", "emergency dentist Santiago" and "Santiago dental clinic for expats". |
| 2026-09-17 | Re-read on 2026-09-17: the clinic’s website and its Google listing. Recorded: Google rating steady at 5.0 with review count up to 18 and the newest review from early September 2026; the dentist personally replies to almost every review; no negative reviews on file. Still unverified: equipment (X-ray/CBCT), pediatric care, an online pre-visit consultation tool, Facebook presence and TripAdvisor presence remain unverified. |
| 2026-08-26 | License verification 2026-08-26: RNPI dentist registry unreachable (connection refused, re-confirmed via fetch and live browser); institutional accreditation registry searched for 'TV Dental Studio' / 'Tomas Vera' with no match but does not cover ordinary licensed clinics. All entries null. |
| 2026-08-25 | Re-verification 2026-08-25: confirmed website live and address unchanged; recorded phone +56 9 7858 9977 (the record on file previously had none) and first-time Google rating 5.0 (16 reviews). Note: Maps lists the business under the dentist's personal name (Vera Vera Tomas Eduardo) rather than 'TV Dental Studio', though the clinic's own site and Maps 'from the owner' post both use the TV Dental Studio brand. |
